This means no one in theatre, or on stage after house is open and at intermission. Thursday, July 16 6:30pm Last TEch/Dress friends and family preview, DON'T announce on facebook! Friday, July 17 6:00pm Opening Night! There will be a party on the rehearsal stage after the show! Audience is invited, there is beer and wine and vittles! |

Props Can we get extra koozies for mic pacs for the mics on instruments so they don't ding up peoples instruments. Can they get the flap that keeps them on the mic? THANKS! Lannie getting a butt ton of medium fender picks when he picks up strings and 9 volts Can we get more "pills" where will extra's be kept? |
Paint There is some raw wood in doorway of tee tots façade, as well as around the phone, can that get painted. Look at new hinges on door. Finish Honkey tonk bar Floor, platforms, lip behind bar Facing of steps, platforms Frame of payphone There is a big white spot on the wall of dimmer room, can someone throw some black on that? The oranges crate is awfully blonde can we dirty it up some? |
Sounds/Lights/Special FX Jukebox patsy cline q page 23 needs to fade better, and start way quieter. Jessie will work on fade out. Not recording bow music Lannie has music, I'll add it to cue lab. Who is recording curtain speech, and when? Who is reading curtain speech? Jessie will work on fades for refuge and Patsy, will also add bow music and intermission music, and put a place holder for curtain speech. |
Costumes- Mark needs size 11 cowboy boots Mark needs a belt loop in black pants Leon needs another hat, the one he is wearing is just too big, too much shadow. Annie's boot heel coming off |

Dialect- Great work Aaron, keep going! Really over state those R's, sound like a pirate if you have to! Act one was a lot better with the enunciation, Act 2 got muddy again. |
Cast Rob, Sunday or Tuesday can you come 20 minutes early for a tattoo covering tutorial? Robert Cross, Brown hat at beginning then no hat ever again. While it's good that lines aren't being given, do try to fill in or cover if there is a mistake. Rob/Sound, can both elements be on the same side of your face please. In case of guitar string breakage, paps guitar will be stored by the diner cupboard, we'll use Annie's first then Paps. Get the guitar to the wing to a crew member, and we'll get it back to you asap. Crew Is super fantastic! Part of pre show prep will be the practical liquids, moonshine, beer and Sunkist. Crew is going to be taught how to change strings on guitars so they can do it during the show. Friday, July 10 NO CREW!!!!! We'll do training Saturday! THANKS!! 2:00 call! |
