Cast THANK YOU FOLKS….you have a great show!!!!! ROB…can we take a few mins to have you record the opening speech for the theater tomorrow…. NEED TO HAVE HANK RECORD OPENING 7:48 PAP…feel free to slow down some on the opening announcement SHOW Jimmy how I want the NOW COURSE we didn't make good grades…. HOSS…the pickup notes into HONKY TONK BLUES….when the whole band starts playing and move to the MIC….can you make that really big…need the whole band to kick this to make a BIG change from the rehearsal to LIVE HOSS….be careful about talking and or singing into the floor HOSS on the line where you say LETS keep that one…or its a good one and HANK says yeah thats a keeper….make sure you wait for applause…. SM…music for dance should start sooner and end just as soon as they come down the stairs... LEON and JIMMY in the back seat of the car….the lines when HANK and AUDREY are messing around….those should be BIG….have to hear them…. LIGHTS/SM…after the car scene….should be black down front so the crew can remove the car…. 8:45 First ACT END ACT II 9:01 SM/Sound….the VO for the DRIFTING COWBOYS was really low... VO for first radio show is pretty soft…. SOUND…was the fiddle on for SING SING SING? WORK WITH BAND on closing out AUDREY during SING SING SING…have LEON close in behind her on the second CHORUS WORK WITH THE BAND on the Fishing movement….maybe have HOSS come straight down the stairs and HANK hand him his fishing pole….HOSS is getting buried in the back and dark during his lines…. JIMMY…much better on the ONLY 2 PLACES HE WAS COMFORTABLE line…try and face the audience a little more….you stand at an angle a lot of the time... SOUND…we moved the steel amp to help with the volume….he doesn't sound like he is in the house mix though? LANNIE…look for a short right angle cable for HOSS bass LANNIE…BUY 9 VOLT BATTERIES PAP…I believe you did the FIRE FROM THE OPRY from the wrong side of the stage….I believe this is on SL HANK…try and not let AUDREY get too far off stage before you fire the second shot at her…. LIGHTS….cue on PAP at the BAR was late WORK…...BLOCKING for HOSS and JIMMY during I'M A RUN…. LIGHTS….a little late on HOSS by TEE TOT during I'M A RUN... SM…stop on I'M A RUN was AWESOME! HANK…make sure the EVENING is directed at PAPPY LIGHTS….when HANK goes to the BAR for the EVENING line with PAPPY…this was pretty dark…..can we bring it up a little LIGHTS/SM…I like the BAR sign now…. HOSS/JIMMY…right before the fight…JIMMY stand more to the side facing HOSS when ignoring HANK….that way we can see HOSS when he says…come on JIMMY WORK   HOSS and MARSHA…move more SL to the light during the tug on the arm bit…. SM/SOUND….the APPLAUSE cue didn't fire for the last OPRY section…. Lannie getting a butt ton of medium fender picks when he picks up strings and 9 volts Can we get more "pills" where will extra's be kept?

Paint There is some raw wood in doorway of tee tots façade, as well as around the phone, can that get painted.  Look at new hinges on door. Finish Honkey tonk bar Floor, platforms, lip behind bar Facing of steps, platforms Frame of payphone There is a big white spot on the wall of dimmer room, can someone throw some black on that? The oranges crate is awfully blonde can we dirty it up some?

Who is recording curtain speech, and when?  Who is reading curtain speech? While it's good that lines aren't being given, do try to fill in or cover if there is a mistake. Rob/Sound, can both elements be on the same side of your face please. Please don't give other actors there line on stage, it is reading as way obvious.  Try to be sneaky if absolutely necessary, if not say the line or try to get to the next thing without taking the audience out of the moment. So as the lights come up on each person…they should stay….but coming online as they join the scene….if they haven't talked yet they should stay in the shadows…. Then Waitress and Tee Tot lights go out when Tee tot finishes opening and it shifts to MAMA and HANK LEON…for the opening bit can you come on with your fiddle in hand…..then you can also leave with it... MAMA….no earrings please HANK and AUDREY…please remember no wedding rings till you get married…. HANK…Mount Olive Baptist Church more to the audience and MAMA…be careful of talking to the floor Can we change the PINK dot to a RED dot on the booze?  :) TEE TOT…lets put the booze down earlier….so that you can pick up the guitar sooner to start song with HANK…. LIGHTS…can we NOT light the car while Tee Tot and Hank are singing together…any way to keep them little more isolated?   HANK….stay over towards Tee Tot's area till he leaves and Mama calls you SKEET…Come Away from there AUDREY…on entrance….watch from the stairs for just a min….let HANK make eye contact….then smile and sit at bar... LETS work on the TUCK MY WORRIES bit…. PAP….you can slow down some on the opening dialogue LIGHTS…can we fade out on PAP as the opening announcer when he finishes HANK…slow down the AND I MAKE A PRETTY GOOD NOISE DON'T I MAMA line…we are losing JIMMY…not so much movement on the DRINKING BIT with HANK and HOSS in the BEGINNING MAKE sure the blackjacks are preset... We really gotta work the TUCK THE ARMS thingy GUYS…make sure you have coins in your pocket for the CUSS BOX JIMMY…a little quicker on the DON'T RIDE HIM SO HARD line HOSS…watch your intonation….going sharp sometimes….if the bass starts to go out of tune…simplfy your part instead of walking LIGHTS…can we fade up on TEE TOT in the doorway.. BAND…DO NOT MOVE if HANK doesn't sing….unless he tells you to….ride the one and someone take a little lead if needed…someone help out with the line….whatever it takes…. and DON'T telegraph the mistake if there is one…..its a gig….most times NO ONE knows except you   HANK…I saw that you recognized you missed the GUYS SING backup with you dissing PAP….just stop….doesn't matter where….just stop and do the bit…... SOUND…some of the mics just sound muddy…... SOUND…can we run the double mics on the same side…it looks pretty strange to have one on each side of the head ACT II SM…lets start with the PRINCE ALBERT sign out to make it look a little different than the real OPRY SOUND….VO needs to be louder for the HEALTH and HAPPINESS stuff… LEON for SING SING SING….stay to HANKS RIGHT SIDE….you are getting lost in the back JIMMY…remember that you have Sally Goodin right after SING SING SING JIMMY….try SITTING for the whole fishing bit HOSS…hesitate a bit on the HE MADE ME NERVOUS sometimes line LIGHTS….can we backlight TEE TOT again in the doorway for the BLOOD DONE SIGN…..during the fishing scene LIGHTS….for SHAGS SOLO in LONESOME I COULD CRY can we get a little light back to him some how LIGHTS….can we get some stage light for HOSS and PAP stuff at the end of LONESOME I COULD CRY TEE TOT…be careful of not rushing I'M A RUN….the first part was rushed….can you hear it ok? SOUND…we have to make sure the actors can hear the beat of I'M A RUN GUYS..push the hats back on your heads a bit if you can…. HOSS/LEON include SHAG in your little conversation before the fight….. LIGHTS…can we backlight TEE TOT for his singing during the fight scene WAITRESS…you can react a little to these drunk guys at your counter HANK…make sure we get the DON'T LET GO OF ME HOSS….its kinda hard to understand at the moment LIGHTS…can we isolate TEE TOT and HANK more on the LOST HIGH WAY song? TEE TOT…lets have you exit UPSTAGE SR…LOST HIGHWAY HOSS>..do you need more time to change clothes before CHEATING HEART…we can let HANK play the first verse chorus himself YES>..the bar and lounge sign should be out during the scene where PAP and HOSS and telling about HANK dying…. THE ENDING with the band should be the OPRY scene…. ANNIE…during the phone scene help ROB on with his coat if he needs help... General Worked whole show woot!  Made a great leap tonight folks!  The energy was way better and the pacing was waaay better, keep it going! think about your reactions to things. Thank you for keeping mindful of being open to the audience, that was much improved tonight also!  Some area's to look at for where to look at lines in the cast section.

(like Spamalot) Batten 9 is super slacky and the brake doesn't stay up Will either need to curtain mamas door OR blacken the wall behind it, it glows like crazy THANKS!!! Lots was accomplished today!  We appreciate it!

Props Can we get bell embroidery to embroider hank and Audrey on leather guitar straps? Lannie will find Can we get a curtain for the shelf with bottles so that the waitress can cover it, when it's the Diner? Also a curtain for the window? One that is removable Neon sign is awesome!

Paint The bar and lounge and opry sign are awesome!  And thanks for slapping a coat on the new bass stand!  We appreciate it!

Cast Rob, Sunday or Tuesday can you come 20 minutes early for a tattoo covering tutorial? Crew Is super fantastic! Part of pre show prep will be the practical liquids, moonshine, beer and Sunkist. Crew is going to be taught how to change strings on guitars so they can do it during the show.  Friday, July 10  NO CREW!!!!! We'll do training Saturday!  THANKS!! 2:00 call!
